Terms of Service

Article 1 — Scope of Application

These Terms of Service and General Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the cv.noisette.ai platform (hereinafter the "Platform"), operated by N01ZET (hereinafter "N01ZET" or "the Publisher").

By accessing the Platform and using the Services, the User accepts these Terms without reservation. In case of disagreement, the User shall refrain from any use.

Article 2 — Definitions

• Platform: the cv.noisette.ai website and all associated services.
• Services: all functionalities offered by the Platform (see Article 3).
• User: any adult individual using the Platform for personal, non-professional purposes.
• Account: the User's personal space, accessible after registration.
• Credits: virtual units enabling access to credit-consuming Services (AI generation, export, NFT mint, etc.).
• Career: workspace dedicated to a career identity (CV, ambition, assets).
• Content: data, text, images and documents provided or generated by the User on the Platform.

Article 3 — Description of Services

The Platform offers the following services, organised into four pillars and additional features:

• Pillar 1 — Know Yourself (Career DNA): experience analysis, strengths, identity profile, industry and role suggestions, career goal, experience and skills blocks, professional identity synthesis.
• Pillar 2 — Define Your Ambition (Career Ambition): career direction, manifesto, tone of voice, brand lexicon, key competencies, pitches, slogan suggestions, ambition synthesis.
• Pillar 3 — Create CV Assets (CV Assets): skills inventory, experience blocks, projects and achievements, education and certifications, creative concept, logo suggestions, colour palette, typography, assets synthesis.
• Pillar 4 — Generate Documents (Career Output): CV generation, cover letter, job compatibility scoring, digital profile, CV usage rules, social media kit, mockup suggestions, full CV synthesis.
• Export: PDF and DOCX export, template and theme selection.
• NFT Certifications: minting of CV, diplomas, certificates, patents and achievements as NFTs on Solana. Cost: 1 credit per mint.
• Other: CV parsing (PDF, DOCX), AI image generation, credit system, account and invoice management.

Article 4 — Credit System and Pricing

Services are accessed via a credit system. Upon registration, the Customer receives 75 Permanent Credits (Free Trial plan). Monthly Credits (Starter, Professional subscriptions) expire at end of month. Permanent Credits (purchased, gifted) have no expiration date.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Invoices are available in the account section.

Article 5 — User Obligations

The User undertakes to provide accurate information, not to use the Services for unlawful purposes or contrary to public order, not to attempt to circumvent technical limitations, and to respect third-party rights. The User is solely responsible for the Content they publish or generate.

Article 6 — Intellectual Property

The User retains intellectual property over their Content. By using the Services, the User grants N01ZET a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process this Content in order to provide the Services. NFTs minted on Solana are owned by the User in accordance with blockchain terms.

The Platform, its design, logos and code remain the exclusive property of N01ZET.

Article 7 — Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is". N01ZET does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. The User is advised to verify information before any use. N01ZET's liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Article 8 — Personal Data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Data is hosted in the European Union. N01ZET does not reuse data to train third-party AI models.

Article 9 — Termination

The User may delete their account at any time. N01ZET may suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these Terms, without prejudice to any damages.

Article 10 — Modifications

N01ZET reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be notified by email or via the Platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Article 11 — Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts. Mediation may be offered in case of dispute.
