Terms of Service

Article 1 — Scope of Application

These Terms of Service and General Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the pay.noisette.ai platform (hereinafter the "Platform"), operated by N01ZET (hereinafter "N01ZET" or "the Publisher").

By accessing the Platform and using the Services, the User accepts these Terms without reservation. In case of disagreement, the User shall refrain from any use.

Article 2 — Definitions

• Platform: the pay.noisette.ai website and all associated services.
• Services: all functionalities offered by the Platform (see Article 3).
• User: any adult individual using the Platform for personal, non-professional purposes.
• Account: the User's personal space, accessible after registration.
• Credits: virtual units enabling access to credit-consuming Services (AI generation, Solana certification, negotiation kit, etc.).
• Payslip: payroll document uploaded by the User and analysed by the Platform.
• Content: data, text, payslips, employment contracts and documents provided or generated by the User on the Platform.

Article 3 — Description of Services

The Platform offers the following services, organised into seven salary intelligence modules:

• Module 01 — Analyse: AI-powered payslip analysis (PDF/DOCX), line-by-line breakdown, social protection score, tax optimisation potential, personalised recommendations.
• Module 02 — Benchmark: salary comparison against market median via the official France Travail API, percentile positioning, negotiation delta, similar live job offers.
• Module 03 — Certify: generation of a verifiable income certificate on the Solana blockchain (NFT). Only the salary range is published — never the exact amount. Cost: 100 credits.
• Module 04 — Optimise (ARE & CPF): unemployment benefit simulation (ARE 2024), CPF balance estimation, eligible training courses by ROME code.
• Module 05 — Retirement: public pension and private capital projection, retirement deficit analysis, generational comparison.
• Module 06 — Negotiate: AI negotiation kit generation (script, sourced arguments, objection responses, follow-up email). Cost: 700 credits.
• Module 07 — Contract: AI analysis of the employment contract (PDF/DOCX), key clause extraction, full package reconstruction (fixed, variable, benefits, equity), contract risk detection, contract vs payslip comparison. Cost: 300 credits.
• Public Verifier: verification of a Solana certificate without requiring an account.
• Other: credit system, account and invoice management, referral programme.

Article 4 — Credit System and Pricing

Services are accessed via a credit system. Upon account creation, the Customer receives 2,000 Permanent Credits (Discovery plan) that never expire. Monthly Credits (Pro, Expert subscriptions) expire at end of month. Permanent Credits (purchased, gifted) have no expiration date.

Article 5 — User Obligations

The User undertakes to provide accurate information, not to use the Services for unlawful purposes or contrary to public order, not to attempt to circumvent technical limitations, and to respect third-party rights. The User is solely responsible for the Content they publish or generate.

Article 6 — Intellectual Property

The User retains intellectual property over their Content. By using the Services, the User grants N01ZET a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process this Content in order to provide the Services. NFTs minted on Solana are owned by the User in accordance with blockchain terms.

The Platform, its design, logos and code remain the exclusive property of N01ZET.

Article 7 — Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is". N01ZET does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. The User is advised to verify information before any use. N01ZET's liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Article 8 — Personal Data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Data is hosted in the European Union. N01ZET does not reuse data to train third-party AI models.

Article 9 — Termination

The User may delete their account at any time. N01ZET may suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these Terms, without prejudice to any damages.

Article 10 — Modifications

N01ZET reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be notified by email or via the Platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Article 11 — Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts. Mediation may be offered in case of dispute.
